Objective

All reports are handled with strict confidentiality. The Company prohibits retaliation or adverse action against any individual who reports a concern in good faith.

Good Faith Reporting

The mechanism is intended for genuine concerns. Misuse of the mechanism or malicious reporting may result in appropriate action.

Administration

All disclosures are reviewed through an established internal mechanism to ensure impartial review and corrective action, wherever required.
